BMW F 450 GS India’s Next Adventure motorcycle with a 450cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine, co-developed by TVS under their ongoing partnership. The brand has posted several teasers of it on its social media handle. The brand revealed the concept version at THE Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. It will be unveiled at EICMA 2025

The BMW F 450 GS stands out as an accessible yet competent adventure bike, Distinguished by its lightweight design, a newly developed 420cc parallel-twin engine, and innovative features such as the optional Easy Ride Clutch (ERC) System. It delivers a genuine “GS” experience in a more compact and manageable form, appealing to both new and experienced riders.

BMW F 450 GS engine details

The BMW F 450 GS range has been available for sale in the international market for some time. Its features have already been revealed.

The bike is off-road-oriented: It is powered by a 450cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooling engine, which generates 48 bhp of power and 43 Nm of torque. It's paired with a six-speed gearbox. Along with this, the F 450 GS and its features, like a semi-automatic transmission option, 43mm KYB upside-down front forks and a Rear Momo-shock with 180 mm travel, Adjustable suspension on Sport and GS Trophy variants, 310 mm front disc brake with dual-channel ABS, a bi-directional quick shifter, and a Full Digital TFT Instrument cluster 

BMW F 450 GS features

The BMW F 450 GS is also equipped with a TFT panel featuring connectivity options, an easy ride clutch, adjustable levers, heated grips, and more. It will be available in two colour options, namely, Cosmic Black and Racing Red.

The BMW F 450 GS has an estimated kerb weight of around 200–210 kg, depending on the variant and optional extras.

1- Dry Weight: Approximately 185–190 kg (without fluids)
2- Kerb Weight: Around 200–210 kg (with fuel, oil, and other fluids)- 
3-  Payload Capacity: Estimated to be around 180–200 kg

This weight bracket places it in the mid-weight adventure bike category, offering a balance between off-road nimbleness and on-road stability. It's lighter than the R 1250 GS but heavier than entry-level dual-sports such as the G 310 GS

BMW F 450 GS price in India

In recent Reports, BMW India has posted many teasers on social media. Looking at which it is expected that the company will launch the F 450 GS range in India very soon. After launching in India, it will replace the G 310 GS and offer a more powerful engine. Its ex-showroom price in India can be up to Rs 5 lakh
