The scare of coronavirus is spreading all over the world. The techies all around the world are canceling scheduled meetings and conferences owing to the Covid-19.
On Tuesday, Google announced the cancellation of its largest Annual conference Cloud Next. The company decided to hold a digital conference instead of a Physical one.
Google Said:
"We are transforming the event into Google Cloud Next '20: Digital Connect, a free, global, digital-first, multi-day event connecting our attendees to Next '20 content and each other through streamed keynotes, breakout sessions, interactive learning and digital ask an expert' sessions with Google teams," Cloud Next was scheduled from 6 to 8 April. "Google Cloud Next '20: Digital Connect".Google further added:
"Innovation is in Google's DNA and we are leveraging this strength to bring you an immersive and inspiring event this year without the risk of travel," The refund of all tickets has been announced by Google. The hotel reservations will also be canceled automatically. People who signed up for the physical conference will automatically sign in for the digital conference. People are being urged by Twitter to avoid traveling to other countries for business and instead should work from home.Related Post
