Poonam Gupta taught at the School of Economics University of Maryland (USA) and worked as a visiting faculty at ISI, Delhi. She has also been the RBI Chair Professor at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy and a Professor at ICRIER. Education – Delhi School of Economics & University of Maryland Poonam Gupta obtained a Master of Arts degree from the Delhi School of Economics. After this, she did her PhD from the University of Maryland, USA.
