Vivo X300 Series: The Vivo X300 Pro and Vivo X300 were launched globally on Thursday. This launch comes two weeks after the Vivo X300 series was launched in China. Both phones are powered by the flagship 3nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. The Vivo X300 Pro and Vivo X300 feature a triple rear camera setup. On the front, both phones feature a 50-megapixel selfie camera housed in a hole-punch display cutout. Recent reports suggest that the Vivo X300 series may launch in India in early December.
Vivo X300 Series Price and Availability

The Vivo X300 Pro is priced at 1,399 euros (approximately Rs. 143,000) for the single variant with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. On the other hand, the Vivo X300 starts at EUR 1,049 (approximately Rs. 108,000) for the base model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The top variant with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage is priced at EUR 1,099 (approximately Rs. 113,000).
Both phones in the Vivo X300 series will be available in Europe starting November 3rd via the company's online store. The Vivo X300 Pro will be available in Dune Brown and Phantom Black color options, while the Vivo X300 will be available in Halo Pink and Phantom Black color options.
Vivo X300 Pro Specifications and Features

The Vivo X300 Pro is a dual-SIM phone that runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6. It features a 6.78-inch 1,260x2,800 pixel flat Q10+ LTPO AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 300Hz, 1.07 billion colors, and a pixel density of 452ppi. The screen supports the P3 color gamut and HDR, and has a screen-to-body ratio of 94.85%.
The flagship Vivo X300 Pro is powered by an octa-core 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset with a maximum clock speed of 4.21GHz. This processor is paired with a Mali G1-Ultra GPU, as much as 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. It also features a V3+ imaging chip.
For photography, the Vivo X300 Pro features a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel (f/1.57) primary camera, a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) ultrawide camera, and a 200-megapixel (f/2.67) periscope camera with up to 100x digital zoom support. On the front, a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) selfie camera is housed in a hole-punch cutout. The rear camera setup can record 8K video.
Onboard sensors include a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, laser autofocus sensor, Hall effect sensor, IR blaster, flicker sensor, and multispectral sensor. The Vivo X300 Pro supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port.
The phone packs a 5,440mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. The Vivo X300 Pro features a dual-speaker setup, an X-axis linear motor, action buttons, and a signal amplifier chip. It is IP68 rated. Its dimensions are 161.98×75.48×7.99mm and it weighs approximately 226 grams.

The vanilla model Vivo X300 shares the same chipset, operating system, connectivity, and security features as the Pro variant. It features a 6.31-inch 1,216×2,640 pixel flat Q10+ LTPO AMOLED screen, while other display features remain the same. It packs a 5,360mAh battery, which is slightly smaller than the 5,440mAh battery on the Vivo X300 Pro.
It also has a triple rear camera module, but the Vivo X300 features a 200-megapixel primary camera with OIS, a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 50-megapixel periscope camera. Both models have a 50-megapixel selfie camera. Being smaller, the phone measures 150.57×71.92×7.95mm and weighs around 190 grams.
